Consumer Electronics

Warmwipes is a unique Consumer Electronics device AND a new Product Category for the Personal Care, Adult Novelty, disposable wet wipe/magic towel industries. This current “Looks like/Works like” mechanical Prototype is the third iteration of design. It is pre-loaded with a blister pack of 8 wipes and advances through 4 cycles. It must now be Value Engineered to reduce the size, lower the cost, and improve reliability.

Automated 8 Pack – How It Works

These are the steps that Warmwipes cycles through:

  • Water is poured into the reservoir
  • Blister pack of 8 compressed towelettes is loaded (enough for 4 cycles)
  • Voice activate or Start by pushing button
  • Dispenser heats the water to 160 degrees F, advances the blister pack, punches out towelettes, hydrates, and delivers two at a time.
  • Side by side steamy hot, wet wipes are conveniently dispensed on a tray (like a CD player ejector). Retracts to close
  • Effortlessly ready for the next spontaneous session!
  • Empty blister pack is expelled after 4 cycles
  • Reservoir will have depleted the precise amount of water for 8 wipes. No refill required before blister pack is empty

Manual 2 Pack- How It Works

These are the steps that warmwipes cycles through:

  • Water is poured into the reservoir from the top.
  • Lift up the logo lever and drop in a 2 pack cartridge. Close firmly to punch the wipes into the dispenser. Push the start button to begin the cycle.
  • Dispenser heats the water, hydrates, expands the two towelettes at the perfect temperature within 45 seconds
  •  Side-by-side steamy hot, wet wipes are dispensed in the tray (like a CD player ejector). Retracts to close.
  • Lift up the logo lever to remove and discard the empty blister pack. Reload for the next cycle.
  • A blinking red light will indicate when the water reservoir is depleted.

Recapture Market Share

We believe our ideal manufacturing partner has under-utilized production capacity due to market share losses. Our dispenser has functionality similar to single serve coffee makers. It will require custom injection molded parts combined with a microprocessor, water pumps, heat exchanger, step motors, and the assembly requirements to produce a minimum of 100,000 units per month.  And there is the complexity of electrically heating water in the dispenser that comes into physical contact with the user, so it will require UL and other regulatory approvals.
